Grace Luci – Customer Service Representative

Grace-Luci-vaHello, and thank you for taking the time to visit!

My name is Mary Grace, but you can call me Grace if you want. I love photo and video editing and reading books. Those are the things I do whenever I have free time. Aside from being computer literate, I also love to play volleyball, badminton, biking, mountain biking, and other fun outdoor activities.

I took up Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and tried to work for an organization as my training field, where I do hardware and software services. However, because of financial struggles, I decided to resign and started to work in the BPO industry as a customer service specialist. I worked for more than five years with two different companies. I handled both voice and non-voice accounts while continuing my study.

I shifted to a different course that is much convenient and easier for a working student and that’s the Bachelor of Arts in Communication. This is where I enhanced my editing, graphic design, and communication skills. I am grateful for the confidence I gained from my management experience as well as the full support for all working students who are striving. I was fortunate enough to be part of such a prestigious company, but I knew there was more I could accomplish, something that needed to unfold. I took a leap of faith, didn’t waste a time, and jump right in to try Social Media Management.

Grace-Luci-vaI have always been creative, designing and editing stuff on my computer for personal use, or friends, family, and my church. I really loved how I could fit it around my family. I’ve attended different online pieces of training that help me to gain knowledge. From a simple hobby, it turned into a passion that I’ve always wanted to upskill.

I started to look for clients where I can apply those learnings. I help them create social media posts, video editing, and other admin tasks such as email marketing, calendar management, etc. It’s absolutely amazing that I get to do this, every day seeing their satisfaction with my work. It’s a win-win situation.

It overwhelms me whenever my client gives me positive feedback. I also accept constructive criticism because I know that these will help me to improve my work. It’s a privilege to know that I was given a chance to have their trust and work with them remotely.

Right now I can say that it is my pleasure to join and help every business to be more successful through my ability and real passion.
