Gregorio Milallos III – Customer Service Representative

gregorio-jamandre-milallos-vaHi everyone! My name is Gregorio Jamandre Milallos III but you can call me anything you want – Greg, Gregory, Jai, or Third. Before I joined the BPO Industry, I worked as a Sales Associates in several Shopping Malls. It was fun and I enjoyed every journey for 5 years handling various brands such as Vans, Hush Puppies, Elle, and Chico.

My wife gave birth to our son in 2013. My salary back then wasn’t enough to sustain the needs of my family. It took me 3 years to prepare and have the courage to apply to a BPO company. It wasn’t easy as I encountered rejections for the first 3 companies that I applied for but it didn’t hinder me to try once more. I used it as a motivation to strive more. Then VXI Global Services opened the door for me and hired me as Sales Associate for AT&T Uverse Blue in January 2016. It was a pure billing and sales account. After a few months of staying, I was then promoted to a tier-2 representative. I was so grateful for the trust and support from my coaches, managers, and even directors.

After 26 months of staying at VXI, my former manager invited me to join their team in Alorica Philippines for a T-Mobile USA account as a Customer Service Representative and I joined the Team of Experts who handle 5 lines of business of T-Mobile – billing, sales, technical, collections, and loyalty. Later on, I was promoted as a Senior Representative for Team of Experts and stayed for 18 months. However, the account got dissolved so I was left with no choice but to move to another center.

gregorio-jamandre-milallos-vaConcentrix Philippines hired me as a Customer Service Representative for CRICKET Wireless. I stayed there for 6 months as I was having difficulties in adjusting, especially to the 2-hour travel of going to work and vice versa. I decided to look for another company that is not far away from my home. That’s when I started working for Sutherland Global. They asked me to join their team for an AT&T wireless account. I grabbed the offer and stayed for 6 months. Unfortunately, I wasn’t happy with the way my career was going in the company.

Then I tried to apply overseas for Qatar Airways as a Customer Service Representative however this pandemic happened and all of the flights outside the country were canceled. In September 2020, I got an offer for a seasonal campaign as Virtual Assistant (track and trace) for Circle Logistics and that was for 6 months.

The fun fact about me is I love to read manga and watch anime.
