Irish Mirano Belen – Customer Service Representative

irish-belen-profileLet me tell you about my life story and my previous jobs…

Hi there! My name is Irish M. Belen and I am currently residing in San Pablo City Laguna. I took up Bachelor of Elementary Education (BEED) at Canossa College. However, I didn’t finish college because of financial problems.

I started working in the BPO industry way back in 2015 as an outbound call center agent here in our San Pablo City. I handled Auto Insurance for 1 year. Then after, I decided to apply to Sitel Dow Jones’s account as an email/voice representative and knowing that the compensation and benefits were very healthy in such a big company I knew that all my hard work (and time) would pay off. I actually traveled all the way from San Pablo City all the way up to Ortigas for 4 hours every day.

Since Ortigas is far from my home, after I got regularised I decided to apply to another company that was closer to my place. I worked at Alorica Lipa and handled Comcast West billing. But the most painful thing was the client pulled out of the account. I decided to transfer to Results Companies Lipa, but apparently we were not paid. I felt that I did not deserve that treatment and irish-belen-vashould have received compensation since I traveled every day back and forth.

Since I am the breadwinner of the family, there is no reason for me to stop working. I decided to apply again at Concentrix Nuvali and work with Sprint voice and chat support. And because my son is only 7 years old, I needed to go home every day to see my son. Last January, because of the Taal eruption, I left my job at Concentrix. I realised that I also needed to be safe at all times even If I’m working because of my family. I’m working because of my son and I know that working at home is the best job for me. I’m looking forward to working at home with good compensation.

I’ve got a lot of good feedback regarding working as a Virtual Assistant.

I’m willing to learn everything in regards to being a VA. I believe that it won’t be hard for me to learn and to work with your company.
