Isabel Agas – Administrative Assistant

Hi! I am Isabel Agas, and you can call me Isay. I am a wife and a mother of 2. A few years back, I never imagined myself being able to work in the corporate world because I was not able to complete my education. I started working at a young age since my parents could not afford to send me to school. With my confidence and strong belief in myself, I was able to enter the BPO world.

I started out working as a customer service representative for a retail account, handling a high volume of calls efficiently without compromising quality. I encountered challenges along the way, but it didn’t stop me. Instead, I used it as my motivation to keep going. It was through overcoming these challenges that I found my direction and the confidence to pursue my career more seriously.

Since then, I’ve been to various campaigns, widening my knowledge and experience. When the pandemic hit in early 2020, I had the opportunity to work from home as an expert for a telco account, in which my role included answering inbound calls from customers to address queries and issues or provide general information. And this has brought numerous benefits for me; one is opening myself to the freelancing world.

Over the years, I learned to be organised, and I became results-driven. I had the opportunity to work as a secretary in a local construction company, where I developed my skills in doing administrative tasks and office management. I am very passionate about efficiency and dedicated to contributing to a positive work environment.

Throughout my career, I have worn multiple hats, including handling administrative tasks, managing databases, and supporting customer service teams, which has given me a comprehensive understanding of operation dynamics. I am proficient in various tools, including Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, Canva, Slack, WordPress, and a few more, which have enabled me to work effectively in both team settings and individually.

Working from home has always been a game changer for Moms like me. This can provide invaluable flexibility and balance, allowing moms to thrive in both their careers and their family lives.

I look forward to growing and developing my skills so that I can help the company in its all-around process and have all the learning applied to my daily life. I’m confident that I can contribute positively to achieving company goals, and I am looking forward to the possibility of working together.
