Jemmuel Attendido – Academic Advisor, Real Estate and CSR
Hello everyone! I am Jemmuel Atendido and my friends call me Jemz for short.
I am a Customer Service Expert with 13 years of experience in the call center industry, specialising in Customer Service, Technical Support, and Inbound Sales. I also have management expertise as I have been a Team Leader with proven ability to train, guide and support a team of Customer Service Representatives in providing positive results through customer satisfaction. I have worked in different industries such as Travel, Retail, and Telecommunications.
Throughout the years, I was able to hone skills that are essential in providing customer satisfaction such as empathy, patience, attentiveness, positive attitude, time management, and persuasiveness. I am always willing to learn and familiarise myself with the roles being given to me to provide the best possible customer support.
I am a self-starter, fast learner, team player and have strong interpersonal skills that made me fit in the customer service industry. I have a proven ability to organise time, work with minimum supervision, and hit targets consistently in a fast-paced environment.
I decided to enter the home-based industry for me to have more time for my children as they are growing up. I have 2 kids who are at their teens already and they are the main reason why I’m working hard so I can attend to their needs.
I have been working remotely for a year now. My first homebased job is a Real Estate Virtual Assistant. I perform cold calling leads and valuation of Comparables.
Currently, I am an Academic Advisor (CSR) for an educational institution. I build and maintain long-lasting relationship with customers through delivering excellent customer service, promoting customer retention and appropriate products and services to meet their needs and provide resolution to their concerns. Both companies are based in the United States.
In my spare time, I’m live-streaming the mobile games that I’m playing in Facebook. This is my way to socialise since I’m now working at home for a year and there are no office mates to chat with.
