Kerri-Ann Luketic – Virtual Creative, Administrative Assistant

Hi, my name is Kerri-Ann Luketic, my friends call me K.A. I am based in the beautiful coastal town of Bargara (near Bundaberg), on the Queensland coast. You may know of our region because you’ve enjoyed Bundaberg Ginger Beer or perhaps you’ve heard of the turtles at Mon Repos. I’m blessed to be mum to four amazing humans, all of whom are teenagers and beyond now. My youngest is just starting year 11 and everyone else has now graduated. Yay!

Working remotely is such a blessing. I have enjoyed over the past 3+ years operating as a virtual Brilliance Coach assisting sagacious women in identifying their unique proprietary process. Expanding into new areas of operation, utilizing my practical, creative, analytical administrative agility and my business acumen I am excited to offer my services as a virtual creative and administrative assistant.

My tertiary qualifications may look a little different, a Bachelor of Arts in Justice Administration, a Certificate IV in Transport and Logistics (Car Driving Instruction that has its origins in Training and Assessment), and Neuro-Flow High Performance Coaching coupled with my extensive business experience: this is what makes me unique, innovative, and effective in what I do.

My career pathway has moved in some fun and different directions over time being shaped by my desire to be at home with my children. As a mother, fostering connection and rich relationships with my children has always been a high priority. One common thread that has appeared over time has been my administration acumen. I have worked for multiple organisations in an administrative capacity. As a Personal Assistant for a Water Treatment Company, an Administration Consultant for a Liquor Licensing Firm, an Executive Manager for Tupperware, a Finance Administrator for a church and most recently an Administration Assistant for the Australian Electoral Commission.

I am fluent in English, both written and verbal, and I love to do the things that others find exhausting. Emails, research, graphic design, writing copy, social media management, customer service, automation, all these things and more. I find that I have this unique ability to seek out the hidden treasures and resources within an individual or an organisation and then develop unique and creative operating systems that draw brilliance, intelligence, and function to the surface.

Working with clients, their teams, or key stakeholders to design administration structures, comprehensive user-friendly curricula, online service platforms and creative expressions that build client connections and generate authentic expression is my superpower. These dynamic solutions cultivate growth, expansion, and heightened capabilities among those I engage with.

It is my pleasure to continue to learn new skills, enhance understanding and work within an organisation’s culture to achieve excellence, nurture client engagement and attain profitable results.
