I would describe myself as a very determined and highly motivated person. I do take my job seriously but I’m able to see things in perspective and believe I’m quite easy-going to work with. People find me to be an upbeat, self-motivated team player with excellent communication skills. I really enjoy meeting and working with a lot of different people, and I am known for being a great listener and clear communicator, whether I’m engaging with colleagues or employers.

I’m an extremely organised person who is focused on producing results. While I am always realistic when setting goals, I consistently develop ways to efficiently achieve, and often exceed, those goals.

I’m a creative thinker. I like to explore alternative solutions to problems and have an open mind about what will work best. My creativity has made me an effective individual because I can anticipate problems and innovate solutions.

My strengths and weaknesses include:

Strength – I communicate, coordinate and cooperate exceptionally well. As a result, I work well on my own initiative and could also collaborate with other individuals to meet favourable outcomes. In addition to this, I am highly disciplined, meticulous, organised, focus driven and multi-task effectively in a time bound process.

Weakness – If I intend to get something done right, I make sure that I take it upon myself and do it on my own initiative. I think this results in me underestimating people which is not something that should be done as people could also assist in a positive way to help improve a process.

I like to mention that I am very dedicated and focused while I am engaged at work. I have the ability to handle pressure as I tend not to panic in situations where I am in some form of distress. I take deep breaths, calm myself down to such an extent where I could think clearly and make sound judgements to ensure that everything involved in my work tasks are successfully accomplished within a given period of time. I am also well accomplished in managing time to complete tasks within a given period of time.

My career endeavours are to climb the ladder in terms of designation in every organisation that I serve and this gives me the drive to succeed in whichever career path I consider to take on. As, I am reliable, extremely hardworking, and strongly capable in understanding any process and making decisions with minimum supervisions, I can ensure that I will always give the first priority to my responsibilities. I will align my focus on getting the company’s vision, goals, and aspirations fulfilled to meet the overall success of the company.

During my recreational time I enjoy playing sports such as Cricket, Basketball and Snooker. I am also keen on listening to music, especially when I am exercising.
