With over two years of experience as a virtual assistant, I specialise in data entry, file management, customer support, and online research. I manage document organisation, update spreadsheets, and create Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to enhance efficiency. My proofreading skills ensure that business documents are polished and professional.

My first client, based in Australia, entrusted me with a wide range of responsibilities related to safety management, including documentation, compliance tracking, and data organisation. My second client, from Israel, runs a jewellery business on Amazon US, where I managed product listings, A+ content, account health, and sales reports to optimise their online store. These experiences have strengthened my ability to adapt to various industries and deliver results that support business growth.

Beyond administrative tasks, I bring creativity with basic image editing using Canva and GIMP, helping businesses enhance their visual content. I’m also proficient in Amazon Seller Central, ensuring smooth e-commerce operations.

One of the best things about being a virtual assistant is the ability to work from home. This career has allowed me to manage my time, stay productive, and maintain a healthy work-life balance.
