Alexander Del Rosario – Account Coordinator
Hi I’m Alex and I love working with, and helping people.
I have a degree in Bachelor of Science Major in Computer Science.
Before I finished my college degree my girlfriend and I discovered she was pregnant. Imagine a 21 year old boy who loves playing video games and basketball now faced with such a huge responsibility! It was life changing.
After graduation I pushed myself to secure work to support my new family. My first job was as a Medical Representative for a well-known pharmaceutical company here in the Philippines. I stayed with them for more than a year. My main reason for leaving is that I was being relocated to the farthest part of the country away from my family – and being still young, I resigned and looked for a new job.
In 2008 I began working in the BPO industry. I was a Customer Service Representative for more than 2 years, then was promoted to a Quality Analyst, and 2 years later was promoted again to Account Coordinator. After 7 years I resigned and applied as a professional Services Operations Administrator at Sourcefit Philippines Inc.
I love working! Coming to work each and every day allows me to build my knowledge, enhance my skills, be a functioning part of an organisation and help my clients. It also allows me to put food on the table and support my family – and being able to send my daughter to a reputable school here is very important to me.
I believe my skills and expertise in account management, client services and customer service will be beneficial to your organisation as I have knowledge in reporting, invoicing, MS Office, G-Suite, SAP and Netsuite App, and have experience with admin work such as BCP, compliance, and more.
Working is very important to me, and I’m proud to say that I do have impeccable attendance records. I’m a fast learner, a self-starter, and highly motivated in a working environment. So… what are your waiting for? Come on! Count me in as a member of your team!
