Hi there! You can call me Lou, your dedicated Filipino Virtual Assistant. I am an energetic, detail-oriented and self-driven person with commitment who values quality results to deliver to my clients.

In 8 years of working in the BPO industry, I have experience with customer service, sales, retention, email and chat support, inbound and outbound calls, CRM, data entry, office based virtual assistant and other admin tasks. In every company that I’ve worked for, I always aspire to be the best employee by performing my tasks and hit my goals with the highest level of quality that always comes with integrity and dedication. All my hard work paid off because I became one of the top performers every month with recognition awards.

I also have such a high value on punctuality and efficiency, I always keep in my mind that if I’m always present and on time I can be more productive, I can do more tasks and double check if everything is correct and in order. As Paul J. Meyer said “Productivity is never an accident. It is always the result of a commitment to excellence, intelligent planning and focused effort.”

Just to share with you, I am the type of person who’s always hungry for more knowledge. In the past months, I attended webinars, completed training courses and self-studying useful tools and information to enhance my skills. Google and Youtube are my best friends. I want to be an effective and successful Virtual Assistant so I always make sure to regularly watch “how to” videos and guides on Youtube and explore the tools and systems used as a Virtual Assistant.

I had some training as a real estate virtual assistant, social media content creation and marketing, calendar and email management. If I don’t know the task that you want me to do or a tool that you want me to utilise, I will work on it and rest assured that I will know it within a day or two, as I’m adaptable and a fast learner. Just give me time to study and research the tools/system and the things that I am not yet familiar with, it will not take long because I always manage to figure things out quickly on my own.

If I am given an opportunity to work with you, I will create a 3-month plan outlining what I hope to achieve in my first 3 months on the job. My goal is to help you make your business even more profitable and grow. I will create a plan that suits your business model, if not, I’d be glad to change my goals to meet your company’s demands.
