Beatriz Freida Adelaide Belches – CSR and Sales Specialist

beatriz-freida-adelaide-formalHi, my name is Beatriz Freida Adelaide Belches. You can call me Bea or Bei for short and I am 23 years old.

Let me tell you a bit of my story and how it honed me to be the person I am today.

I am the eldest child and I grew up with a complete family, but like every other family we had our differences. My Mum was a Teacher and my Dad did not have a permanent job. Because of this, our finances were unstable. However, despite that, they were still able to make sure that we had food on our table and we could go to School.

When I entered college, I saw that my parents were struggling to support me. The day after my 18th birthday, I decided to apply for a job and was luckily hired to work in the BPO industry. I have been working as a customer service representative for 5 years now and in those years, I was able to lead a team and also did training for 4 batches of new beatriz-freida-adelaide-profilehires. Because of this, I learned how to step out of my comfort zone and accept opportunities that will allow me to enhance my abilities. I always make sure that I give my best to whatever task is assigned to me.

I also have experience with real estate where I was a personalised sales agent. I have a very strong leadership instinct and I always make sure to see the positive side of the situation. I am patient and dedicated to things and I am a person who works tirelessly to develop my skills and finish every task on time. I can tolerate conflicts and I am focused with my goals and my tasks.

If you ask me, is it better to be a big fish in a small pond or a small fish in a big pond?

Both. As a small fish in a big pond, I enjoy having people who can help me grow and who can help me be the best version of myself. Being a small fish in a big pond means I have a bigger opportunity to learn about things I didn’t know before, being able to ask questions of other fish that are bigger than me and getting support from them.

On the other hand, being a big fish in a small pond is also very interesting. Being the big fish means that I can use my power to inspire smaller fish. Personally, I enjoy mentoring other people and honing them to be the best version of themselves. I like to see people being able to strive and succeed with what they’re doing through my support and guidance. It really depends on what kind of a big fish are you in a small pond.

My motto in life is: loving what you’re doing is the key to happiness and contentment!
