Fe Rachin Beltran – Customer Support Representative, Real Estate

Hi, I’m Fe Rachin Beltran, You can call me Chin, Please never ever FE, 😛 Rachin is fine but CHIN is better. ‘m a new mom to a daughter, She’s now 13 months old. I studied Hotel & Restaurant Management at the University of the Cordilleras Baguio City.

I had experience working in a Marketing Company as a Back Checker, handling people, doing fieldwork and paper works and after that, I worked in the BPO industry for most of my employment. The last BPO company that I worked for was in Manila Philippines. I was employed in one account for 4 years. I’d say the experience I had in working out of my comfort zone was first scary and challenging as it is away from home But, I also think it was the reason why I grew more as a person. I’ve learned a lot in life and made me more effective as a human being and as a worker/ employee. When you’re living away from home you can’t slack, you really need to get up and grind and finish what needs to be done I have had that same attitude from then til now and I will still be bringing that wherever, and it’s the same attitude that I will be applying every day in work especially now that I am a mom. I’m more motivated to be a better person than I am yesterday because I have a tiny human being that I’ll give a beautiful life to. In work, there are two things that I always carry and apply, It is being motivated and dedicated to what I do.

Traits that I’ve learned along the way and I apply in my employment are being attentive, being keen to details on the tasks that need to be fulfilled and communicating to the people that I’m working with or to my boss, and clarifying information that I’m unsure of to make sure that the job will be completed accurately and to avoid back jobs, and to extend my helping hand to where I can in use of help.

I’ll admit, from all of the experiences in job ventures that I had, I want to continue my career as a Virtual Assistant, aside from the reason that I’d like to be able to supervise my child while working at home, I can help my partner financially. And above all, I want to continuously learn, and I want to apply the skills that I have and gain from past job experiences, and on the other hand, it helps my skills and provides the additional field of expertise that can help me in the future. I’m a person who is easy to adapt, can learn fast, and is always eager and hungry to learn new things.

What motivates me is my family now that I’m a mother, my child, and the future I can provide for her. Career growth. Oh no! Actually not just the career, It’s also the satisfaction when you help someone on their business to grow, be a part of their success, when you’ve all worked for a beautiful outcome. It’s the proud smile while staring at the achievements of all your efforts. The fulfillment in the heart too.
