Francis Paolo Abdala – Supervisor, B2B Sales/Quality Assurance Specialist

I’m a seasoned Business to Business Sales supervisor with more than 8 years solid sales experience. I’m currently working with one of the leading IT distribution companies in the US as a team leader. I handle 7 sales representatives and am tasked to guide, mentor, coach and help improve their skill-set.

I have been in the BPO industry for more than 15 years. I started as frontliner with customer service and technical support back in 2005 with Sprint, Sam’s Club and Walmart. Since then, I have an eye for sales as I excel with upselling on top of providing excellent customer service which I did not realise until several years ago.

In 2010, I worked with an Australian BPO company as a quality assurance specialist for a Telco campaign (Telstra) and moved to a US based company for satellite TV (Dish Network) after 3 years. As a quality specialist, I learned MS Office by doing weekly and monthly reports, facilitated QA calibrations and team meetings to discuss compliance and coaching.

It was 2014 when I started with sales for a beauty campaign outsource. It was had business to consumer selling which involves cold and warm calling for existing members both active and inactive profiles to have them purchase a specific amount of products to maintain their account as active. After the campaign’s sunset in the Philippines I transferred to a Business to Business campaign that offers internet services which mainly targets lead generation, account management, business development and upselling for small to medium businesses.

Now, as supervisor and account manager for IT distribution, I am assigned to enterprise businesses to support their IT needs from hardware to software/services with top IT brands/vendors in the US. I am passionate about the work I do and would like to extend my services as a virtual assistant for administrative, sales and marketing and with basic knowledge with social media management. I am confident to always perform at my best with flexibility and reliability to any brand or company I will be working with in the future.
