Lea A. Salvador – CSR and Sales Representative

lea-salvador-vaHi, my name is Lea Salvador, 38 years old from the Philippines. You can call me Leigh. I am a happy wife and a mum of three kids.

I studied Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering and completed 3 years of it at Central Colleges of the Philippines.

I love drawing, painting and dressmaking in my free time.

I am an experienced Customer Service/Sales Specialist for 5 years in BPO industry. I handled multiple accounts both inbound and outbound.

I started working in Air Relay Corporation back in August 2005 (to January 2006) where I handled an outbound account. My job was calling prospective buyers to sell Discover Credit Card and hit the daily/monthly sales target.

January of 2006 I worked with Epixtar Enabled IT Services as TSR and handled Discover Credit Card and a B2B up-selling program, Discover Merchants. It ended on February of 2009 – my resignation was filed due to lea-salvador-at-the-parkpregnancy. After I rendered my resignation I stayed at home and took care of my kids.

June of 2010 I decided to work again in a Call Center and this was with Results Companies as a Customer Service Representative. I handled an inbound account for Wellcare, a health insurance company in the United States. My job was receiving calls from members about their plan coverage, benefits, answering questions about premium payment and billing, handling complaint and appeal. Sometimes I also received calls from members, nurses, doctors and hospitals about members pre-authorisation requests, plan coverage, benefits and claims. Then in May of 2012 I decided to resign and leave the company due to a sensitive pregnancy.

From May 2012 up to present I have been a full time mum and housewife. This time I decided to work again and am aspiring to become a VA in the comfort of my own home.
