Nathalie Kaye Indefenzo – Administrative Assistant

Hi! I am Nathalie Kaye Indefenzo but you can call me Kaye. I’m 30 years old.

I’m proud to share that I’m a mother of two handsome kids and a loving wife to my husband. I studied Bachelor of Science in Education majoring in Special Education. I had to raise my child and study at the same time. It turned out well and I carried on living life to the fullest.

My first work experience was as a Barista at Starbucks Philippines where I prepared beverages and food products, and handled cash using a P.O.S Machine (Point-of-Sale System). I really enjoyed being a Barista for a short period of time.

Then my sister-in-law offered me to work abroad, so I decided to leave the country to earn a higher salary to help me cover my family expenses. I applied as an Invoice Specialist in a Paint Factory in Qatar for quite some time. I was a Bookeeper, Accountant, Secretary, and almost every office worker. But the longer I stayed abroad, the more I missed my family and my home, especially during holidays, so I finished my contract and returned back home.

After a couple of months of staying home and taking care of my son, I realized that I had to expand my finances. I applied to a Manpower Agency as a Payroll and Billing Specialist. Unfortunately, the owner decided to shut down the company due to the low volume of clients. So I focused again to be a full-time loving mom and a full-time loving wife. While waiting for the next task, I did some side hustles like selling baked goodies and skincare products.

Then the pandemic hit and I was having thoughts of working online so that I could be with my child while working. I made the decision to apply for any jobs that allowed me to work from home. Even though I was still a novice at the moment, I was very eager to give it a shot. I’m glad I got the job as a Data Entry Specialist and I’m so thankful because I got the job and got pregnant with my second child and my company covered all my maternity expenses. After giving birth, my husband wanted me to focus only on raising our kids. At that time, I genuinely liked my work, but because of the couple’s agreement, I valued my husband’s point of view.

I hoped this time that I would be given the opportunity to work and support my family’s needs.

You can count on my work ethic and performance. I’m confident in my ability to learn new things. I am a trainable and fast learner.
