Riana Jimenez – Executive Assistant, Social Media Specialist

riana-jimenez-vaHi, I am Riana Mae Erline Jimenez. I am a wife and mother of two lovely daughters. I graduated with a degree of BS in Travel and Tourism Management from the Polytechnic University of the Philippines, class of 2015. I used to think that working as a virtual assistant was solely a mere vocation, but I have found depth and great passion in it for helping others successfully and competently.

At first, I thought that being a virtual executive assistant is difficult. But in my case, I took those bumpy roads to thrive, and use them to become an expert and empowered by them. I’ve been a call center agent for 4 years and 7 months while 5 years in total as a virtual assistant. I was the virtual executive assistant at Innovatives Inc. in San Francisco, California, on June 2017-December 2019. I was able to accomplish tasks in organizing all-day appointments, checking of social media channels of the company, responding to emails and taking phone calls from investors, and leading all Virtual Assistant taking phone calls and inquiries of customers. With these accomplishments, I can say that my customers, clients, and investors are paved with the satisfaction of the service that I gave them.

In addition, I have also fostered immense progression while working on Giggly Builds from February 2020 – September 2021 in Manila. Working in that company amplified my skills and leadership in creating all content for all social media platforms and taking charge of doing graphic designs as a social media specialist. Consequently, I have been more skilled and adept in working as a virtual assistant, wherein I also worked in LA Fastame Clothing as a virtual executive assistant/social media specialist from June 2020 -June 2022. With my work, I am capable of checking all-day appointments/schedules of the CEO, organising portfolios of possible investors, and creating content for all social media platforms.

Garnering industrious work service and adept skills, I have maintained skillful literacy in services and assistance, virtually. I am proficient in social media marketing, a hundred percent established with excellent customer service, email management, and great artistry in graphic designing, lead generation, digital marketing, and content planning, which have topped my skills to guarantee quality service productivity. My flexibility, skills, and goal-directedness supply my capabilities in assisting wherein I am able to provide beneficial client support, workflow and execution servicing of online platforms, advertising, social media marketing, mentoring, planning and control, and email marketing. I learn quickly and can do several functions inside the firm. While outsourcing, the more mundane tasks, such as communicating with customers and scheduling appointments are effective for me in parallel with my skills. Also, I have plenty of experience under my belt, and training virtual assistants is not a thing since I am equipped with profound leadership and management. Thus, I can work at any time and execute comprehensively to provide services who are in need of an executive virtual assistant. I am equipped with accommodating and professional knowledge with prolific competency as a virtual executive assistant.
