Rymaelie Joan Fernando – General Virtual Assistant and Content Specialist
Hi, Mae here! Your future General Virtual Assistant.
I pride myself with my customer service, organisation and administrative skills that I have acquired in the past 12 years of experience of working. Through effective communication, integrity, open-mindedness, empathy, among others and with my love for continuous learning, I’d love to hone and learn new skills through your organisation. And as a Rockstar Virtual Assistant, I hope to bring first-rate service to you and support your business goals.
I have excellent written and verbal English communication skills. I’m proficient in Microsoft Office (MS Excel, Word, PPT, etc), Google Apps (Sheets, docs, slides, calendar), Dropbox, WordPress, Asana, ClickUp, Trello, Content Creation (Graphic/Video) and Article Writing, phone, chat, and email support, Adobe Photoshop, Canva, Corel Draw, Filmora, Web Research and Data Entry, some social media management, among others.
Besides these technical skills I have, I value more my soft skills which landed me great relationships even with my previous clients. I’m hard working, patient, persistent, with a positive mindset. I don’t worry about things beyond my control because I know that I can’t always force things to go my way. What I can control is my attitude towards the situation. Things may be impossible on my end but I can always ask for help and move on to next month’s target so I can be more effective.
This is my favorite line in reference to Liam Neeson’s movie “Taken”:
“I have a very particular set of skills, skills I have acquired over a very long career of more than 12 years. Skills that make me an asset for people like you. If you hire me now, this’ll be the start of it. I will commit myself to the job, I will work hard for you. If you don’t hire me now, please reconsider. =)”
Kidding aside, hire me and you’ll be my top priority.
