I pride myself with my customer service, organisation and administrative skills that I have acquired in the past 12 years of experience of working. I have excellent written and verbal English communication skills. I’m proficient in Microsoft Office (MS Excel, Word, PPT, etc), Google Apps (Sheets, docs, slides, calendar), Dropbox, WordPress, Asana, ClickUp, Trello, Content Creation (Graphic/Video) and Article Writing, phone, chat, and email support, Adobe Photoshop, Canva, Corel Draw, Filmora, Web Research and Data Entry, some social media management, among others.

Besides these technical skills I have, I value more my soft skills which landed me great relationships even with my previous clients. I’m hard working, patient, persistent, with a positive mindset. I don’t worry about things beyond my control because I know that I can’t always force things to go my way. What I can control is my attitude towards the situation. Things may be impossible on my end but I can always ask for help and move on to next month’s target so I can be more effective.
