Tarah Muego – Customer Service Representative

Hello there! I am Tarah Lois A. Muego but you can call me Tarah for short.

I am the youngest daughter of the family. I have a beautiful sister with a handsome son. I studied Bachelors of Science in Nursing. I started my BPO Journey in 2020. I experienced being a Customer Representative for almost a year where I do chat supports and emails supports.

I started my Virtual Assistant Journey during the pandemic. I encountered a lot clients and helped them to improve their organization. I do love what I am doing. I can say that I am very passionate. I do my tasks one at a time and finish before due date comes. I easily adapt new skills and apply it on my work. I always apply the nursing principles that we should always build rapport and maintain a healthy relationship with clients. I am a highly motivated person.

During my free time, I do love to watch series and read inspiring books that will keep my life motivated. And when Sundays come, we never forget to thank and praise God for his goodness to us. It is a family bonding. My biggest fear in life is losing someone I love. Back when I was in college, during my free time, I go to the gym and try to figure out different dishes they offer in a restaurant. My favorite food is steak and truffle pasta.

I am also a member of the Dance Troupe before. I am also a Song Leader in our Church. What’s unique about me is I own a big motorcycle, bigger than me. I drove them wherever I wan to go to. It is kind of scary for a small girl like me but you know I can manage myself driving that motorcycle it feels relaxing.

I am person also who loves to travel and go to the beach. It was my first time to travel alone going to Hongkong way back 2018. Travelling alone at the age of 19 is somewhat fun because you discover a lot of things. You tend to be more vigilant and careful who to talk to. You need to be alert and read instructions carefully. And of course, you need to communicate well and explain what are you into it.
