Jedifel Marie Apurado – IT Support
Hi! My name is Jedifel Marie Apurado. Marie as they call me. I come from the Province of Negros Occidental, Philippines.
To begin with, I will start by telling you why I decided to resign from my previous company. Well, it was a tough decision but I had to leave because I needed to take care of my grandfather who was paralytic and suffering from diabetes at that time. You might be wondering why I am the one who took the responsibility, it’s because his children (my aunts and uncles) mostly work abroad. To cut the story short, I grew up with my grandparents. It took almost a year taking care of my grandfather and later on, he passed away with a good heart. Now, I want to work again. I miss the life of being a working professional. I want to help and assist clients and customers. So I guess I should continue with my job background.
While pursuing a degree in Computer Technology, I have developed skills in computer, technical and customer services, some networking and other computer-related tasks. As it is a passion for me working as a Virtual Assistant, I don’t want to lose any opportunity. Doing something different has always fascinated me, and when it comes to my career, I decided to do exactly the same thing.
I am passionate, hard-working and have more than 4 years of experience as a Virtual Assistant (Online Partners Support Manager) with my previous boss who was a Russian. I have assisted many respected clients and customers and have always made quality my top priority while also balancing a large quantity of work. Experienced with MS Word, MS Excel, emails, online chat support and customer service but always open to learning new tools if there are different ones you prefer for me to work with.
I have more than 8 years of work experience. Out of these 8 years, three have been spent in working as an Internet Café Admin and one as an Outbound Call Center Agent. These positions have made me an expert in my work. I have admirable persuasive qualities to handle the customer over the internet or phone calls.
For my work purpose, I have a perfect office setting at my home, with a high-end specs desktop computer with a noise reduction headset, a fixed landline telephone, printer and scanner all setup in a silent room usable for such purpose. It allows me to work anytime. If situation requires, then I can handle several tasks at once as well, and I am always keen on handling new projects. I can communicate with clients, employees or senior officials in an efficient manner. I will never let you down when it comes to professionalism.
