Joyce Gavieres – Customer Service Representative, Real Estate

Hello and good day!

My name is Joyce Anne Lyn but you can call me Jal for short. I am an undergraduate of Hotel and Restaurant Studies. Due to financial restraints, I had to start working and become our family’s breadwinner.

I started off as an agent for a debt collections company that is based in the United States, Atlanta Georgia. From there I became a Manager for the same company handling 30 full time employees. I have also worked for a debt collections company in Australia, Parramatta and New Zealand, Auckland handling the same number of employees. I was doing a lot of coaching and mentoring to these agents that I handled which was very fulfilling for me as a leader. It is when I see performances rise above and beyond that gives me a sense of purpose in my job role as a leader.

I have learned in the Outsourcing industry or as what they call the BPO industry. I had to undergo a lot of tools and leadership training from various speakers in the US and Australia.
After being a Manager, I decided to start working from home. I went to a lot of virtual assistant training sessions to get to know more about this industry. What clients and what type of works there are available.

My journey began as a Virtual Assistant for a US Agency and partnered me with a Broker Owner and MAPS Coach for a Real Estate Company in the US. I did a lot of administrative work such as email management, calendar management, CRM Management, Personal Errands (Travel arrangement and bills payment), Inside Sales Associate, Social Media, Creating Poster Ads and live transcribing of calls. For the same agency, I got promoted as an Inside Sales Division Leader and Operations Manager. I ran and started the whole campaign from scratch. Creating flyers, content, creating base pay, client interaction and pairing, hiring of employees, training and coaching. I was an all-around person with every aspect of the division. I had gone through Inside Sales Training with a Real Estate Company as well and worked for the best Coach out there.

I can do basically anything but I am always happy to learn new things that will give me more knowledge in whatever field I am in.

With all of these being said, I am a very goal and task oriented person which I believe that every company or client needs in their business. Someone who is reliable and has the same drive, passion and goals in work and in life. I believe in what Grant Cardone said that Massive Actions equates to Massive Results (10X Rule).
