Kent Rabanes – Customer Support Representative

kent-danne-christian-rabanes-vaJust sharing a quick background of my working experience in the BPO industry. I’ve been in the industry for almost 10 years now, which gave me the opportunity to work in different departments including Telco, Broadcasting, Logistics, Loans, Banking and Energy switching – as well as the opportunity to interact with different customers from the US, Australia, and UK. These experiences helped me develop my skills in terms of communication and to overcome challenges with handling different types of customers.

During my stint in the BPO industry, I had the opportunity to handle non-agent positions such as QA and Team Lead which added another dimension in my skill set and really changed the structure of my daily routine; from a regular customer service representative to one of the leaders of the program. I’m truly grateful for these opportunities, which I can use in my future endeavors.

I’m the type of person who wants to continue learning new things. I’m a results-driven and detail-oriented person. I have the commitment and drive to do my best to deliver quality work in everything that I do.

Since leaving the BPO industry, I decided to try and test my luck in the virtual assistant world. With my experience in handling customer support and admin roles, I wish to showcase my skills and potentially become an asset to your team.
