Leo Honor Jr. – General Virtual Assistant, Marketing

leo-honor-vaHi, I am Leo Honor Jr., a father of three, living in Cavite, Philippines. Currently, I am trying to learn and explore work-at-home opportunities. I am positive that like my other work experiences, this kind of setup will help me gain career and personal growth even though this will be a new workspace for me.

I have dedicated over ten years to crafting my skills in customer relations. Whenever I am not on duty with my career commitment, there are only three things that I do (mostly), First, Going out with my family and friends to eat, play, or explore new things for my kids. Second, going to church to refresh and strengthen my spiritual life. Third, will be on my personal computer, exploring new things, checking what is new in online trends, and entertaining myself in some topics that I am interested in. Topics that usually caught my attention while exploring online will be related to Business, Technology, Family, and Arts and Design.

Overviewing my past ten years of career, I have been exposed to everything from the rank and file to executive workloads. I have learned that to be a good and effective leader, you must first understand the operational flow of a business whatever industry you are involved.

As part of the top management, I have learned that direction is more important than speed and how marketing affects the stability of the business. It is also important that every individual involved in the company has a clear understanding of their responsibility and scope of work.

In terms of Skills and Experience: as Chief Administrative Officer, I handled everything from facilities management to procurement and made sure our team was always on the same page. Leading a team, I focused on creating a collaborative environment where everyone could grow and improve. As a Business Operations Executive, I loved finding ways to make our processes more efficient. I learned to focus on key performance indicators to see where we could do better and worked with different departments to ensure our operations were well-integrated.

In my time in Sales and Marketing, I crafted and executed some marketing strategies that helped us reach our goals. I did a lot of market research to stay ahead of trends and planned campaigns across various channels. Analyzing sales performance, and always aimed to provide insights that would drive improvements.

Technology has a big role in every business, which is why I also learned that Tech will always be part of my approach, which will help me facilitate remote collaboration and boost productivity. I’m proficient in Microsoft Office Adobe Suite, and basic web design, which allows me to create efficient workflows and compelling marketing materials. I’ve also managed logistics, inventory, and events whether it’s coordinating meetings, handling confidential information, or resolving customer issues in the medical insurance field, I always strive to be professional and empathetic.

With all that, my diverse experience has given me a well-rounded skill set and a deep understanding of operational efficiency. I’m excited about the possibility of bringing my expertise with you as a team member.
