Louise Tuibeo – General Virtual Assistant

Hello there! I hope you are having a great day! I am Louise Tuibeo, you can call me Louise or LT. Currently, I’ve been learning to play golf. I haven’t had my first golf club yet but my swing is getting better. In my free time, I like watching TV series and movies, however, when I feel like just taking it slow for the day, I read books, mostly non-fiction. Oh and also, I like traveling, there is a different high in learning about other cultures and traditions. Like most of us, I enjoy eating of course, trying new flavors and dishes is another form of joy. Now let me tell you a little bit of my professional journey. I finished a degree in Pharmacy from the University of the Philippines Manila. It was one of the most challenging years of my life, but hey, I like a challenge. It allows me to think outside the box and really get my creative juices going, so let’s work together to get your vision into reality.

After graduation, I started working as a Research Assistant at the National Institutes of Health (Philippines), I handled research to finances like liquidation to writing a paper for publication. I moved to Pharmacovigilance after that, in this industry I was greatly involved in management of email (that’s how we receive safety reports), data entry, query management, tracking, filing, and quality control. I of course advanced to a senior role, in addition to my tasks were contract management, creation of standard operating procedures (SOP’s), budget reviews, and coordinating project activities. I also arrange and schedule meetings with clients and address their queries.

My attention to detail, prioritisation skills, and ability to work in a fast paced environment would greatly contribute to the success of your business. But nonetheless, I am always happy to learn new skills and knowledge – one way to grow as a person and as a professional is learning new skills or two, right :). So worry not, I can adjust to your needs, my goal is to cater your business requirements and to make your life a little bit easier.
