Mark Lee Guerrero – Executive Virtual Assistant, Lead Generation Specialist

mark-lee-guerro-vaGreetings! I am Mark Lee Guerrero or simply “Lee”. It would be a pleasure to meet you! I am ecstatic and excited to share that I am a father of 2 beautiful kids and a loving partner to my wife.

I have a Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management from Cavite State University and interned at one of the 5-star hotels in the Philippines. After getting my degree, I was quickly hired as a Customer Service Agent for a leading Telecommunications Company in the United States. After a few months, I was promoted to Subject Matter Expert and then a Customer Service Supervisor.

I loved my job as a leader handling various tasks and providing the best customer service there is to customers. The idea of sharing your knowledge with new hires and helping them achieve satisfactory to outstanding performance is a nostalgic and rewarding feeling up to now. I held my position for close to 4 years and then the Pandemic happened. Amid all the chaos, We fought to keep our jobs whilst keeping ourselves and our families safe. I held on to everything as I felt that this was the only thing I had and nowhere to turn to, all while being pressured to provide for my family.

Not until I was hit by Covid. Having experienced that, I grew scared that it may happen to my family, especially to my kids. I took a gamble on purchasing the right equipment for a WFH set-up and left my supervisory position.

In less than a month, I was hired as a Lead Generation Specialist for elderly healthcare services in the U.S. I take care of their plans by improving, optimising, and offering the best plan suitable for their needs and getting the help they are in need. I speak to seniors with all care and attentiveness and funnel them to ensure I can provide great leads to our company.

mark-lee-guerro-vaI pride myself on my performance in helping generate leads and becoming the best “team player in the company”, which garnered several recognitions as well as “Best in Attendance” and “Most Cheerful” Small and not even professionally relatable but it fulfills me, However with a heavy heart, I had to resign as well as there are pressing matters involving my family that I had to prioritize. They were having difficulties letting me go. I stayed with the company for 1 year and a month.

Recently, I was hired as an Executive Assistance for a Crypto-NFT launchpad Founder on the Solana Blockchain assisting my client with any administrative tasks which involve Research, Data Entry, Calendar Management, and Social Media Management to save his time, money, and effort. All whilst doing lead generation and reaching out to certain individuals and projects in need of assistance in launching their NFT projects.

Admittedly this is a start-up company so I had given my all to help the founder and the company survive and thrive in a fast pace and ever-changing Web3 Business. However, due to the recent series of blows we had especially in the blockchain we served, the founder had to cease the operation. I lost a client and a friend.

With a firm belief that I can withstand everything and bounce even higher, I don’t plan on stopping my journey. I have been through a lot and still seek to get more. Confident that I can learn and be the best in everything I put my 100% into. There may be Rocket science type of difficulty but nothing is impossible. ”
