Michael A. Cabiles – Real Estate
Hi! My name is Michael Cabiles. You can call me Cabs.
I’m 41 years old, married with one kid.
I obtained my degree in Bachelor of Science Computer Management back in 2000. I used to be a working student back in college. I started working when I was 18, mostly doing part time jobs at fast food chains.
My very first office work was in 2003. I worked at a BPO company as a Technical Support/Customer Service agent. I got promoted to a Team Lead post in 2007 and held that position for around 8 and a half years. In November of 2015, I was promoted to Operations Manager Trainee and worked as such for two years. Right now, I’m doing mostly home-based work.
Being in the BPO industry for 14 years helped me a lot in developing my skills. I’m a fast learner and can adapt to any changes. As part of the management team, I understood the reasoning for processes being in place and why it’s needed to further advance the company.
I’m proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel. I like numbers a lot. I have handled several agents and team leads before and know how to coach and correct behaviours. I’m also keen in knowing Key Performance Indicators for certain tasks and how to create scorecards to measure productivity.
Doing home based work is somewhat the same as doing office based. I’ve been working from home for almost two years now. I have a better understanding of the processes and skills needed to be successful. I have discipline to work independently with minor supervision.
In my spare time, I enjoy watching movies, mostly US Drama series and some videos online.
I’m very much looking forward to working on any job that would fit my skill set.
