Niña May Redito – Administrative Assistant, Customer Service

Hi, Nina May Redito is my full name, but you may call me May or Nina if you want. Although I was an only child until I was 18, I now have a sister who is related to my mother. I was 19 years old when I first went to work. But before that, when I was in my younger days, I worked as a vendor for a variety of stores, including one that sold clothing and perfume. I didn’t get an opportunity to go to college due to financial difficulties.

There are a few things you should know about me, such as the fact that I enjoy watching a wide variety of films, including Asian, Western, Korean Drama, and Japanese films, as well as anime. I love playing mobile games, such as Mobile Legends. I find joy in cooking by adhering to the recipes that I have found online. I am also into editing pictures and videos and also like playing around with Excel and using other Google tools, such as Google forms.

It’s incredibly fulfilling when you are the one who is providing or contributing to your family and your own needs. I’ve been living alone and being independent since I was 19. My first job was in the business process outsourcing (BPO) industry where I was responsible for telco accounts, collection, financial, and automotive accounts, as well as back-office tasks such as calculating loans and verifying documents.

Previously, I worked as a recruiter for a hiring firm in the United States of America. We are the ones who conduct the interviews used for the preliminary screening, and we are also the ones that submit the applicants’ papers. In some of my prior positions, we were responsible for tasks such as accepting phone calls, uploading documents, sending e-mails, and sending follow-up text messages. After that, I found that working from home was enjoyable due to the pandemic since it allowed me to work while I was with my family and it also let me save some money.

My personality is such that I like interacting with other people, I am always keen to learn something new, and I adore going on adventures. That is why I want to work as a virtual assistant so that I can gain experience in a variety of fields and have a long-time client. I am also enrolled in some programs for virtual assistants so that I can deliver the highest possible level of service to any clients that I may have in the future.

My motto in life is: The only way for our lives to become better is if we are willing to take some risks. Becoming honest is the first step in taking the risk that we need to take, and it’s also the hardest.

My objective is to ensure that I am giving the utmost attention to each individual customer in order to achieve complete satisfaction on their part.
