Kamille Soriano – Administrative Assistant, Customer Service

I am Kamille Anne Soriano Arnaiz, but you can call me Mille. I am 24 years old and currently residing in Muntinlupa City, Philippines.

Being the breadwinner of the family is not easy, especially when the cost of living is high. But despite the challenges, I make sure that my family has what they need, not only by providing financial support but also emotional support.

I studied for a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, and while I was studying, I am trying to meet my daily living expenses and support my family. I worked as a production operator for quite some time. I was responsible for feeding raw materials into microchip machines and also for making minor repairs, replacing parts, and testing finished materials for compliance. I also worked as a coffee barista, where I was in charge of serving coffee, tea, and specialty beverages, as well as taking orders, processing payments, and assisting customers. I was also responsible for cleaning and sanitizing work areas, seating areas, and equipment or tools.

In my previous job as a business process associate in real estate, I handled identifying, resolving, and assessing issues or problems for clients. That includes scanning documents and entering buyer, seller, and borrower’s information. I also identify or search for information about their property or the collateral property they are presenting. The job requires consistency when it comes to details and information to prevent complaints from clients. I can say that I am very attentive to detail; committing errors in my previous job was not an option. That year, I was promoted from Business Processor 1, 2, and 3 to Senior Business Processor.

I am very flexible with my working hours. I worked the night shift and sometimes the morning shift.

I am knowledgeable about Microsoft tools such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. I am very adaptable to changes in the work environment.

Yes, I’ve been in different roles based on my work experiences. I can say that I am a very flexible person. And that just proves that I’m always willing to learn and excited to take on new opportunities.

I had given my 100% effort in my past companies, and this has enabled me to recognize my own abilities. The experiences I had in these roles shaped and build my confidence, and they made me a wonderful individual.
