Roselyn Pancho – General Virtual Assistant, Customer Support

Hi, My name is Roselyn Pancho, but you can call me Lynn. I’ve been married for four wonderful years now, and my husband and I are excitedly planning to start our family. Our journey together has been shaped by both struggles and triumphs, and we make sure that we always stay close to GOD as we face different situations.

My early life was marked by financial difficulties and the challenges of growing up in a broken family. These experiences taught me resilience and the importance of education. I worked hard to overcome my circumstances, eventually graduating with a Bachelor of Secondary Education, majoring in English, from Daraga Community College in the beautiful Bicol Region of the Philippines.

After I graduated from college in 2009, I entered the call centre industry, taking on various roles that ranged from Customer Service Representative to Talent Acquisition and Quality Assurance Specialist. I spent six years navigating this fast-paced environment, serving clients in the US and New Zealand. Each role taught me valuable skills and trained me to adjust to different time zones when working.

In the last quarter of 2015, I made a decision to transition to a government agency and pursue a teaching career. For over eight years, I dedicated myself to education, teaching young minds while growing into my role as an educator. This work fulfilled my desire to make a difference, but life continue to evolve.

Eventually, my family and I decided to move back to our hometown, prioritising a supportive and tranquil environment for our future family. With this transition, I made the choice to work from home, allowing me to balance my professional life with family commitments, and also to be involved in the church ministries which I found joy in doing. This decision felt right, offering flexibility and the opportunity to be present during the exciting phase of planning for our future.

As I reflect on my journey, I am filled with gratitude for the challenges that have shaped me and the love that surrounds me. I look forward to what lies ahead-building my family, nurturing my career, and continuing to inspire others. Each step has been a testament of perseverance, hope, and unwavering faith in GOD, knowing that a brighter future is possible.
