Rodalyn is a Telemarketer and Customer Service Representative. She studied Computer Science and is skilled in MS Office programs.

Bryan has a 10-year work experience in the BPO industry. He has handled various accounts including Solar Panels and Auto Insurance. He is skilled in Online Marketing, Data Encoding, Cold calling, List Building, Web Research, Telemarketing, and LinkedIn Outreach.

Shaira has worked with WordPress and other WYSIWYG editors to create websites, performed photo editing using Photoshop, Lightroom, Canva and Photomatix, and worked with Shopify. She is experienced with creating Facebook Ads, using WooCommerce, and managing Social Media accounts.

I acquired my Bachelor’s Degree in Management at the Philippine School of Business Administration in 1998. In 2010 I was able to complete and obtain my Masteral Degree in Public Administration through the Department of Education Scholarship Program. Most of my training for the past 18 years was in the Regional Office of DepEd MIMAROPA. I worked in Office Management and was assigned at the Office of the Regional Director as the Administrative Assistant. I strongly believe that the learnings and skills I have developed were gain through my time there – as well as the experiences. During my tenure, I was awarded twice as Outstanding Regional First Level Employee.

Winnie is an experienced Team Leader who has led teams to success in tele sales in what would be regarded as difficult and sometimes toxic industries and services. Her telephone skills allow her to develop rapport and calm situations, solving issues quickly and effectively to prevent further difficulties for clients.

Mary Grace is an experienced customer service and technical support representative. She is skilled in root-cause analysis and problem solving. She also has excellent attention to detail.

I have been a part of the collections agents for workers compensation in California. I then became a Collections Manager and later transitioned to an Accounts Receivable Manager for a logistics company.
