I graduated Bachelor of Science in Food Technology in the year 2003. For 9 years, I worked as a food technologist or food quality controller. With so much pressure working in a food manufacturing plant, I decided to pursue another career by taking up Master in Management Major Human Resource Management. Luckily I was able to finish my graduate studies while working… with many sleepless days.

I have worked as a Telemarketer, and as a Financial Consultant and then decided to be a Virtual Assistant. I took some training on how to use Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Sony Vegas for video editing, Social Media Management, Web Design, and Graphic Design, Copywriting, Shopify and Amazon Fba.

I have been in the BPO industry for 5 years now. I am well-experienced in Technical support and customer service. I excel in making sales calls. I am a very reliable, highly competitive and result-oriented person.

Customer Service is one of my passions and it makes me feel good when at the end of the call I was able to resolve my customer’s issue. I had 2 years working as a Cold Caller, Telemarketer and Appointment Setter for Real Estate and Property Management.

My name is Reynadel and I’m the eldest child among five children. I was born and raised in Cebu City, Philippines where I had a wonderful childhood. My father used to work abroad as a seafarer. So he was away from us for short bouts of time to provide everything that we needed as a family. My mum was a housewife who took care of us while my father was away and sold food from home. We had this little food stall that she ran while all of us were at school. I can say that we had all the things we needed. When my dad struggled to cope with the feelings of being away from us (he was so home sick) and decided to quit the job – our lives suddenly changed. Though we are complete and happy as a whole family we struggled financially. My mum continued to sell food and my father worked as a project-based Construction Operator. My grandmother is the one who put me through High School and College.
