Jonathan Ramizo – Customer Service Representative

My name is Jonathan Ronquillo Ramizo you call me Jon; I am a self-taught individual with an unwavering passion for gaming and digital art. I didn’t get to finish a college degree due to financial constraints, and I am proud of my high school diploma and determined to succeed in my career.

My journey started in the BPO industry, where I worked as a sales representative. In this role, I assisted senior citizens in placing orders and processing bulk orders for Super Bowl events. I have a friendly demeanor and my excellent communication skills helped me in this position. When the pandemic hit, my company decided to shift to remote work, and I was assigned to sell vitamins to seniors for Nature’s Bounty. I gained experience in selling products online and interacting with customers over the phone.

However, my quest for knowledge and skill development didn’t stop there. I became a data entry expert and worked on keyword research for blogs and articles, honing my attention to detail and organisational skills. During my free time, I indulge in my passion for gaming and streaming, building a loyal following of viewers.

I am also taking on the role of a work-from-home customer service agent and a seasonal sales agent, further expanding my knowledge and expertise. I am now ready to take on the role of a virtual assistant, leveraging the skills and experience gained from my previous jobs. I am recognising the value of the flexibility that comes with working from home and I am excited to join a company that shares my goals for success. My determination, persistence, and resourcefulness have been the key to my success so far. I have faced challenges head-on and learned from them, emerging stronger and more skilled.

My experience in customer service, sales, and data entry has equipped me with the knowledge and skills necessary to become an excellent virtual assistant. I’m eager to contribute to the success of my new company, bringing my skills and positive attitude to the table. I believe that teamwork and a commitment to excellence are crucial for achieving success, and I’m ready to work collaboratively toward that goal. In conclusion, I am an ambitious and self-motivated individual with a passion for learning and skill development.

Despite facing financial constraints and not having a college degree, I have worked hard to build a successful career in the BPO industry. My experience in sales, customer service, data entry, and streaming has equipped me with the skills necessary to excel as a virtual assistant. With my positive attitude and commitment to excellence, I am ready to take on new challenges and contribute to the success of my new company.
