Paulo Fernandez – Customer Service Representative

I am Paulo John Fernandez or you can call me “PJ” for short. I’ve been working as a freelancer for 5 years. Prior to being a VA, I was a Customer Support for E-commerce stores and IT – Technical Support. I would say I gained a lot of skills and experience from my multiple jobs and training.

Now as a Dedicated VA, I provide different services for my clients including Excel, Google Spreadsheet, Research, Lead Generation on Social Media Platforms, Prospecting, SEO Prospecting, and WordPress Post Creation. I am a fast learner who is very eager to learn new things and improve. I am competitive, reliable, and enthusiastic and I am confident that I would be a valuable asset to you.

I also have extensive experience in the corporate world. I was a Technical Support for 2 years in Accenture and 1 year as Customer support for an Insurance company QBE. I enjoyed the variety of work experiences and not to brag, I’m always one of the top performers when it comes to speed and quality.

I have a bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Development and graduated from the University of San Carlos. Sad to say that is not what I want as it was a family’s choice. That being said, after graduation I applied to multiple jobs including freelancing, and gladly I was able to work and get clients with that, I’m self-supporting myself by finishing my BS-IT Degree. My dream job is to be a Game Developer because as a kid I was exposed to console games and it became a hobby for me and I definitely enjoy it. What better way of turning your hobbies into passion is by making video games?

Despite my good performance at work, I felt like I needed to explore more. I decided to quit my career in the BPO industry because I wanted to pursue working conveniently at home. No hassle of everyday traffic and also the compensation is higher than the company.

I can say that life is difficult and the competition is very high. Do whatever it takes to grab the dream that you want and from there you won’t need to introduce yourself anymore.

I may not be the perfect Virtual Assistant for you but I will prove that I deserve to be part of your company. I can commit either full-time or part-time whatever it takes.
