Jacob Fajardo has years of experience in telemarketing and Customer Service for financial accounts. He has a degree in Education majoring in General Science.

Claudess holds a BS in Education major in English and is currently studying Master of Arts in Education major in Behavioural Problems. Claudess has worked in the BPO industry since 2012. She was a Team Leader, and managed, trained, and ensured each team member reached their full potential within the organisation.

Cheyenne has a degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management major in Travel and Tourism. She performed administrative tasks including appointment settling, liquidation, booking of hotels and flights, etc.

Kate is a graduate of Mass Communication major in Journalism. She worked for four years as a Technical Support Representative then as a Customer Support Representative and handled inbound calls and email support.

Aiza has three years experience as an inbound calls agent providing customer service and technical support and five years performing outbound calls for a collection account for credit card and auto loans.
