I am a Customer Service Representative committed to providing excellent support. I am a Graduate in Bachelor of Science Psychology and have used this knowledge to supply the best service I can. I have extensive experience working with Australian, US and UK clients performing a wide range of office administrative tasks. I have transcribed voice recordings, performed cold calling and appointment setting, managed social media accounts, worked on lead generation strategies for LinkedIn, etc., been responsible for maintaining CRM’s and been an Executive Assistant as well as a CSR.

From administrative support, Calendar management and time management, through to graphic work on Photoshop, video editing and work on Google Presentation, through to Coaching, Leadership and running a team to reach sales objectives… this is my background. I have a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration major in Entrepreneurship and I have experience in a range of areas including sales, customer service and Operations Supervisor.

I have a background with technical support for a wide range of technology related devices and software.

I can perform social media management as well as customer service and email support. I have in-depth knowledge of the different social media platforms and how to best utilise them. My written communication skills are advanced, I am an efficient research assistant, and my typing speed is 60 wpm.

I have been a part of the Business Process Outsourcing Industry for a number of years now. With a mindset of hard work and constant improvement through learning, I have had a successful career. I have experience as a Team Leader, and I find that leading by example – dedicating myself to my work and always staying positive – has raised my team above others in the organisation.
