Abigael Seguin – General Virtual Assistant

abigael-seguin-vaHello! My name is Abigael Seguin, but I prefer to be called Abby.  I am married with four wonderful children, 2 boys and 2 girls, making our family complete. I started a family when I was quite young and was not able to finish my studies then. After I had my youngest, I learned about the ETEEAP (Expanded Tertiary Education Equivalency and Accreditation Program) that universities here in the Philippines offer to professionals seeking to finish a degree. I enrolled in the program while working in the contact center industry and was able to obtain a degree in Business Administration, graduated in the year of 2019.

During my tenure in the Contact Center Industry for more than a decade, I have worked in various roles as Customer Support for service, sales, technical, billing, reservations, telemarketing, and other responsibilities like escalations. Each role requires proficiency in the use of different platforms, systems, and CRMs, as well as implementing impactful communication tactics to resolve issues and build strong client relationships. I utilized these skills and blended my experience in customer service with the demands of virtual assistance. Whether it’s anticipating clients’/customers’ needs, meticulously conducting thorough data analysis and entry, along with invoice management, and managing client databases while maintaining confidentiality.

I left the corporate world and decided to be a VA because I know I can do more than customer service. I want a new direction in my career and I’m aiming to collaborate with entrepreneurs/clients and work on different projects. I may be used to working in a team environment and while I enjoy positive working relationships with all types of colleagues, I can also use my initiative and work on my own.

abigael-seguin-vaI would bring to you not only these skills but also a positive, cooperative attitude that I have displayed throughout my career. I maintain calm under pressure and adapt to meet the unique needs of each organization.

I would also like to explore new opportunities that can lead to personal and professional growth. I am committed to continuous learning and development, and I am excited about the possibility of taking on new challenges and making meaningful contributions.

Furthermore, more than my skills, experience, and eagerness, I’d make a valuable addition to your team for a few reasons. First, I put my 100% into every project I work on and I make sure that the outputs that I provide are delivered with the highest quality. Second, I am proactive and I love sharing ideas to help the business grow. Lastly, this is what I want to do and where I want to be. I have the talent to execute this role and the passion to maximize it for the team and the organization.
