One word that describes me best is EXPLORER. I pride myself in continuously seeking a place where I can truly grow.
I am a Bachelor of Science Nursing graduate and have long been fascinated about being able to explore the world. I love to talk to different people and hear their stories, interact with them and make a difference. This is the reason why I joined the BPO industry.
I became a Customer Support Representative for a US TELCO where I handled billing inquiries, processed Customer requests, and sales orders. Then I was cross-trained to be a Technical Support Representative and promoted to be an Assistant Sales Coach. That’s where I stayed for 7 years until I decided to be a home-based freelancer and found myself being challenged on learning how to be a Real Estate Virtual Assistant.
April of 2017, I started doing minor tasks such as cold calling and setting up appointments for investors and realtors, then I started taking on bigger roles such as CRM Management, Lead Management, Data Entry,Live Chat Support, CRM Trouble Shooting, Calendar Management, and some Admin Tasks. I have also tried being a Social Media Moderator/ Ecommerce VA for an International Ecommerce Store. I handled Product listings, product research, order process, content moderator and Facebook Ads Manager, which only lasted for 6 months.
