Louise Reganit – Administrative Assistant, Customer Service

Hi, my name is Louise and this is my story.

I am what you can consider as Jane-of-all-trades, I have different experiences with different industries.

I started working in the call center industry starting out as Customer Support then was given the opportunity to be promoted as a Team Manager. Spending almost 8 years working for the BPO industry gave me enough training and opportunities to boost my confidence in speaking to other people.

After encountering several untoward incidents – got robbed twice and the final straw was when I got hit by a cab on the way to work – made me contemplate quitting my job or just finding something that I can do at home. I applied via several agencies which landed me my first work from home client. It paved the way for me.

Having different clients over the years, I am more passionate about helping potential clients free up their time by means of taking care of their administrative tasks, customer service tasks, and even managing their social media. By doing this, they can spend more time on what is truly important – family.

Since the pandemic happened, my clients had to cease their business operations and therefore employing me – and being a mother who provides for her family, being without work is something unacceptable.

Like most people, I also have hobbies. If I am not working, I love playing volleyball with my former teammates, have Zumba classes, and baking.

I am currently looking for a stable job that would allow me to provide for the needs of my human children as well as my fur babies and to be able to contribute to acquiring our forever home.
